    Who is AZ EAC?

The Arizona Employers' Advisory Council (AZ EAC) is a partnership of "Business and Government Working Together".

Our Vision:  To be THE source connecting business and government workforce resources

Our Mission:  To build a partnership between private and public sectors

    Our Objectives:

    • Provide support to local chapters throughout Arizona and participate in community events
    • Be the voice of the employer community
    • Provide employers a venue for input to government
    • Network with community-based organizations
    • Link the flow of information between private / public sectors and governmental workforce programs
    • Utilize the media to further our objectives
    • Sponsor the nation's largest Career Expo

We have a variety of employment and training opportunities in every corner of our State.  The foundation of this partnership is that both the private sector businesses and the government have a common goal in solving these challenges.  The employers want successful, competitives businesses, lower taxes, and a qualified, competent workforce.  The Arizona Government strives for : citizens to be self-sufficient; welfare and unemployment participation to decrease; the economy to be strong and stable, and positive relationships with Arizona Employers, who understand the critical importance of our state's culture and environment.
